The owner of a chain of Florida based gyro sandwich shops was ready to franchise his restaurant idea and take it to investors. To do this he wanted to capitalize on the Mediterranean diet to create a fresh, healthy and immersive experience. The team created an Experiential Placemaking™ approach in a delicious set of branded materials and spatial design system.
